CHIA PUDDING BASE RECIPE:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk)
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. maple syrup (or your favorite sweetener)

Combine all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar and stir well. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 5 days. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.

  1. Matcha will feel lumpy when put like this. You should always dissolve it in water or milk and never use it as a dry ingredient for recipes like this

  3. I am sorry……., I just bought some chia seeds…..and I hate chia pudding!! I flavoured mine with cinnamon and banana……..and it was disgusting!!! It looks, tastes and feels kind of……grey! Urgh. I must be missing something 😄
